Chris and Mike were great. They managed our new home search and purchase, the sale of another home, and the sale, search and purchase by friends who moved from Eastern to Western Washington. Whew! Chris and Mike listened and heard our needs, and were endlessly patient as we searched in two different counties. We kissed a lot of frogs but Chris and Mike were upbeat and kept everyone calm until we finally found our perfect home in retirement. Thank you, Chris and Mike!

Chris and Mike Farkas did an outstanding job of portraying our property in the written and especially the video description. She came highly recommended by our doctor who was also very pleased with the job she did when she was buying her home. She marketed our property relentlessly on social media and in every other way possible. She was attentive to our concerns and addressed every question. When we got an offer she made suggestions to help us choose how to proceed. Near closing when we had trouble finding a moving company to comply with our moving deadlines out of state she was able to move the closing date for all parties in our favor. There was no aspect of the sale and Chris’s representation of us and our property that we regret. Chris and Mike Farkas have been one of the most professional real estate brokers that we have dealt with. One after meeting Chris and Mike we toured a home and submitted a well crafted offer, that 3 days later was accepted even though it was the second highest offer, thanks to Chris and Mike excellent crafting our offer, and their presentation of our offer. We had a 30-day closing scheduled and everything was rosy until the property failed to meet our lenders expectations in spite of the appraised value exceeding our accepted offer on day 29! My purchase was from across the nation in WA State while I was in GA. My son and his wife acted as my agents and provided live video during home tours. Chris and Mike worked with them and me to screen homes, make offers, home inspection, final wolk through among oher activities. We worked seemlessly. I found Mike and Chris's experience very helpful for the following:

- Deciding which defects and issues identified during home inspection to negotiate and accept
- Monitoring activities
- Dealing with Whatcom Tille and Escrow
Advice on mortgage application and processing Chris and Mike were particularly helpful helping me decide offer prices (when to bid the asking price and when to bid less) and whether to counteroffer when there was more than 10% difference between my offer and the counteroffer. Chris and Mike maintained a level head and offered useful guidance through Freedom Mortgage's hoops associated with Pre-Qualification, Pre-Approval and Approval and issues associated with whether the home was a primary or secondary home.
